Venue Policies
Open Catering Policy
We offer an open catering policy for all of our private events here at General Admission. Caterers must be licensed to operate in Missouri and should stay on site for the duration of all meals.
ALL DRINKS (ALCOHOLIC & NON-ALCOHOLIC) MUST BE PURCHASED FROM GENERAL ADMISSION.
Scheduling & Deposits
The rental deposit for private events is 50% of the total rental rate. Rental deposit is due upon receipt of the designated invoice. The remaining balance of all fees must be paid within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Should the deposit not be paid in time, General Admission reserves the right to cancel the intended event.
Cancellations & Reschedules
The rental deposit for General Admission's Event Space is NON-REFUNDABLE. All other fees paid in excess of the rental deposit is refundable should the event be cancelled within 30 days of it. Events are able to be rescheduled at the discretion of General Admission.
